Our History Founded in 1958, LUCK and KING (PTY) LTD, operated as a small armature winding company from premises in Melvern Johannesburg. In 1989, G and S WINDERS (PTY) LTD acquired LUCK and KING, retaining the name LUCK and KING. In 1994, Mr Vittorio Crosato joined Mr John Vettori as partners, and together built up the small scale armature winding company. As a result the company found it necessary to move to bigger and more modern premises in Driehoek Germiston. In February of 2000, LUCK and KING was awarded the SABS permit for the repair of Flameproof (Exd), Non Sparking (Exn) and Dust Ignition Proof (DIP) Electric Motors. In September 2000, LUCK and KING was awarded the SABS ISO9002 listing and in October 2003 was awarded the SABS ISO 9001:2000 listing. Company growth resulted in the company moving to its current bigger and better premises in Midrand Industrial Park. In 2005, the company announced the appointment of additional Directors, namely Timothy Sathekge, Andrew Dlamini & Noel Binedell.          Directors: Gianni Vettori, Vittorio Crosato, Andrew Dlamini,Timothy Sathekge, & Noel Binedell.
